It is the combined document prepared by the Linear Collider R&D Working Group (LCRD) and the University Consortium for the Linear Collider (UCLC) as part of the process of generating proposals to the Department of Energy and National Science Foundation. The organization and selection of the projects is done with the participation and guidance of the ILC GDE (Global Design Effort).
