Abstract: Branching ratios and upper limits at 90% confidence level for D+ and Ds+ ---> K+ pi- pi+ decays from Fermilab experiment E-687 are reported. The D+ branching ratios, relative to D+ ---> K- pi+ pi+, are: BR(D+ ---> K+ pi- pi+) = 0.0072 +/- 0.0023 +/- 0.0017, BR(D+ ---> K*0(892) pi+) < 0.0021, and BR(D+ ---> K+ rho(770)) < 0.0067. The Ds+ branching ratios, relative to Ds+ ---> phi pi+, are: BR(Ds+ ---> K+ pi- pi+) = 0.28 +/- 0.06 +/- 0.05, BR(Ds+ ---> K*0(892) pi+) = 0.18 +/- 0.05 +/- 0.04, and BR(Ds+ ---> K+ rho(770)) < 0.08.
